How It Works
Everything from finding your dress to returning it after your event.
How do I find an available dress?
Browse the collection and use the availability, style, color, price, or name filters to narrow down your options.
How do I reserve a dress?
Open the dress page, select your rental date, rental length, and pickup location, then choose “Rent now.”
How do I pay?
Payment is completed securely through the website at checkout. Your reservation is confirmed after payment succeeds.
What happens after I book?
We’ll contact you via Instagram DM 1–2 days before your event to coordinate pickup and return details. If you would prefer an earlier pickup, please send us a DM.
How do pickup and return work?
Pick up the dress at the agreed location and time. After your event, return it as arranged—there’s no need to wash it first.
Can I try a dress on first?
Yes. Select “Try-on” beneath the dress, choose an available appointment time, and complete the $5.00 booking.

Rental Policies
A few important things to know before reserving your rental.
Are rentals refundable?
All rentals are non-refundable. Cancellations are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
What happens if my rental is returned late?
Late returns are charged $10.00 for each day the item is late.
Should I wash or clean the dress?
No. Please leave all cleaning to us. Additional dry-cleaning fees may apply when special treatment is required.
What happens if an item is damaged?
The renter is responsible for fully covering the cost of damage, stains, tears, or missing items, including repair or replacement when necessary.
Is shipping available?
Yes. Shipping is available for a $7.00 flat fee with a $50.00 deposit. The deposit is returned when the dress arrives on time and in good condition.

We’re Sydney and Mia, and we know what it feels like to scramble for a last minute outfit. We’ve always loved finding the perfect look for every event, just not the stress or the price tag that usually comes with it. Since then, our goal has always been to make high quality pieces accessible, easy, and stress free. What began as a simple idea quickly grew into something much bigger.
As more girls joined the Rent Soda City community, it became more than just passing dresses back and forth. Seeing the pieces go from game days to special events and collecting so many memories along the way, is why we do what we do. It is our hope that our new platform makes everything more seamless so that you can keep feeling confident on the streets of Soda City.
