SMS Policy

When you enter your phone number during checkout or in the payment flow, you give Rent Soda City consent to contact you at that number. We may use it to send you text messages (SMS) about your rental—for example, pickup and dropoff reminders, order updates, or other service-related messages.

Promotional checkout-recovery texts are optional and separate from rental updates. If you check the promotional-text box during checkout and leave without completing payment, we may send one 10% offer for that dress and date, only if it remains available. Checking the box is not required to rent.
