These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the Rent Soda City website, reserve a rental, or schedule a try-on. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms and the Rental Policies published on our website.

Bookings and payment

You agree to provide accurate contact and booking information. A rental or try-on is not confirmed until the required payment is successfully completed. Prices, availability, fees, and promotional offers are subject to change before checkout.

Rental dates and availability

You are responsible for selecting the correct event date, rental length, and pickup location. Items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable because of damage, a late return, or another circumstance outside our reasonable control, we will contact you about available options.

Cancellations and refunds

All rentals are non-refundable. Cancellations are not eligible for a refund or store credit unless Rent Soda City cancels the reservation and does not provide an agreed replacement or other resolution.

Pickup, return, and late fees

You must follow the pickup and return instructions provided for your reservation. Items returned late are subject to a $10.00 fee for each day they are late. Additional charges may apply when a late return affects another customer’s reservation.

Care, damage, and missing items

Do not wash, alter, or attempt to repair a rental item. You are responsible for damage, stains, tears, loss, or missing pieces that occur while the item is in your care, including reasonable cleaning, repair, or replacement costs when required.

Try-ons and shipping

Try-on appointments require the fee shown at booking. When shipping is offered, the shipping charge, deposit, delivery expectations, and return requirements displayed during booking will apply.

Website use

You may use this website only for lawful personal use. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another customer’s information, or copy site content for commercial use without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last revised. The terms in effect when you complete a booking apply to that booking.
