We may collect your name, phone number, Instagram username, rental or try-on details, selected pickup location, event date, and any notes you choose to provide. Our website and hosting providers may also collect basic technical information, such as browser type, device information, and website activity.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Rent Soda City does not receive or store your complete payment card number. Stripe’s handling of your payment information is governed by its own privacy policy.

How we use information

We use your information to manage reservations and try-ons, process payments, coordinate pickup and return details, provide customer support, prevent misuse, improve the website, and meet legal or accounting requirements.

When information is shared

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, process payments, host our systems, or communicate with customers.
